Returns & Refund
At Furbit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
You received the wrong product.
The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
⏳ Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products purchased under clearance or final sale.
Customized or personalized items.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear & tear by the customer.
3. Return Process
Contact our support team at support@furbit.in or +91 82389 29697 with your order details.
Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
Pack the product securely with all original tags, accessories, and invoice.
Ship it back using the courier service suggested by us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Exchanges
If you want a replacement for the same item (different size or color, if available), we can arrange an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order can only be processed through the return policy.
